Laundry Lockers

Drop-off and pick-up your at your convenience using our secure, accessible laundry lockers.

1. Drop-off your laundry

Create an account and put your garments in any open locker. Set your code by pressing any 4 numbers and then #/OK to securely lock your locker.

2. Place your order

Order online or by downloading our app in the Google Play or Apple App store. If you have any special requests or require alterations, please include details in the notes section when placing your order.

3. Pick-up your laundry

You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pick up with the locker number your order is in and the code to open it.

How our laundry lockers work

  • Your order will be collected same day if placed by 10am or next day (Mon-Fri only) and then delivered within three business days of collection. If it's an urgent matter, please mention this in the notes section and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

  • When you create an account online your payment details are stored securely within a system called NAB transact. Your card on file will be charged on the day of delivery and invoices are available to download in your online account.

  • If you have any special requests or alterations, please include details in the notes section when placing your order.

  • You do not need to let us know what is in your order unless you have special requests or alterations. When we process your order we make an itemised listing of your entire order (including costings).

  • We're proud to be PERC free! PERC, also known as “Perchloroethylene”, is classed by the World Health Organisation as a strong toxic solvent which irritates both skin and lungs, containing carcinogenic materials both harmful to the environment and humans. Unlike traditional dry cleaners, our advanced cleaning method uses no toxic chemicals, meaning it's not harmful to our customers or the environment.
